Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Experience Team Lead, you'll combine hands-on client service with leadership development.
You'll work directly with clients while learning how to coach, mentor, motivate, and support other representatives. As your leadership skills and team responsibilities grow, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and advance within the organization.

What You'll Do
🤝 Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Listen to client needs and provide professional, personalized guidance
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
- Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment
- Build long-term relationships through consistent service and follow-up
- Support existing clients with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and service needs

- Support new representatives during onboarding and development
- Coach team members on communication, client service, and performance
