In this fully remote role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain benefit options, and deliver exceptional customer service while helping working families protect what matters most.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.

• Provide exceptional customer service and client support.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

• Conduct virtual benefit review appointments.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Answer client questions and provide ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Participate in weekly coaching, leadership development, and ongoing virtual training.
