AO Globe Life is expanding its remote workforce and seeking motivated professionals who want to support union members and credit union clients as they explore important supplemental benefit programs. In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who requested information about available benefits, schedule virtual consultations, and guide clients through their options with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with union members and credit union clients who requested information about available benefits
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
- Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide individuals through the enrollment process step-by-step
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Provide responsive follow-up and ongoing client support
- Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team development meetings
- Build strong professional relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
