What You'll Do

As a Virtual Benefits Advisor, you'll work directly with prospective and existing clients while developing valuable communication, customer service, and relationship-management skills.

Client Service & Benefits Guidance

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs
• Assist clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, integrity, and consistent service

Compensation & Performance Rewards
