Position Overview

As a Remote Client Services Supervisor, you'll help deliver exceptional client experiences while developing the skills necessary to grow into higher levels of leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations

• Answer questions regarding benefits, policies, and available coverage

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Deliver professional, responsive customer service

Leadership Development

• Support and encourage team success through collaboration

• Assist with workflow coordination and communication

• Utilize virtual tools to improve productivity and organization
