Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Provide professional guidance regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Assist clients with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service needs

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service

• Resolve client questions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy

Leadership
