How Clients Find You, Not the Other Way Around
Every client on your schedule requested information about protecting their family financially — through life insurance coverage that ensures bills get paid, a mortgage stays covered, or income continues if something happens unexpectedly. You're never cold calling or chasing anyone down. Your role is walking through their situation and helping them choose coverage that genuinely fits, using our network of more than 60 carrier partners.
Training Designed for People New to This
We provide full training covering the fundamentals of how different types of coverage work, how to have an honest and empathetic conversation about a sensitive topic, and how to actually close a policy once a family has made their decision. You'll also have mentorship from experienced agents as you build confidence and your own client base.
What You Can Expect to Earn
Pay is 100% commission, uncapped, averaging $800 to $1,200 per policy closed. Realistically:
- Part-time agents: $50,000+ in year one
- Full-time agents: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one
Pay is issued daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives available for agents hitting production milestones.
Requirements
- U.S. resident
- Background-check eligible
- Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed — we'll guide you through the process
