Position Overview

As a Client Service Team Lead, you'll deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting the development of a collaborative, high-performing remote team.

This position combines customer service, relationship management, and leadership development in a flexible work-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Provide professional guidance regarding benefits and coverage options

• Answer client questions and resolve concerns with a solutions-focused approach

• Assist clients with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service needs

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Leadership

• Lead by example while delivering exceptional client experiences

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
