What You'll Do
Support Clients Virtually
- Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Listen to each client's needs and priorities
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly and professionally
- Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment
- Provide ongoing service and support after enrollment
Build Lasting Relationships
- Deliver a professional, positive client experience
- Build trust through active listening and thoughtful communication
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients
- Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and service requests
- Develop long-term relationships with individuals and families
Stay Organized & Accountable
- Manage appointments and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate digital client records
- Utilize virtual communication and client-management technology
- Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in every interaction
