About the role

• This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. This role includes acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing communication, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing solutions to enhance client partnerships. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align the company's offerings with client goals and foster long-lasting connections.

• Effective collaboration and coordination skills to work across internal teams and departments
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Capacity to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Knowledge or experience in healthcare systems, SaaS, or related technology industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
