Rehab Resources is seeking a Rehab Office Coordinator to join our Pediatric Outpatient Clinic in Brookfield, WI.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2pm-6pm. Occasional Friday mornings.
Rehab Resources is looking for a driven and organized Rehab Office Coordinator to join our incredible team! You’ll be responsible for managing the insurance authorization process, handling data entry, maintaining schedules, assisting at the reception desk, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a medical field.
