Job Summary
The Sports Program & Registration Coordinator oversees the administrative setup, daily execution, and participant communication for seasonal sports leagues, tournaments, or camps. This role focuses heavily on managing online software for team sign-ups, digital document collection, and fee processing.

Responsibilities

• Online Registration Management: Configure and launch digital sign-up forms for teams, players, and coaches.
  Roster & Data Management: Maintain accurate participant databases, verify age or eligibility requirements, and build official team rosters.
  Fee Collection & Tracking: Monitor digital payments, track outstanding balances, and reconcile financial reports using program software.
  Waiver & Document Collection: Secure digital liability waivers, medical releases, and code-of-conduct agreements for every participant.
  Participant Communication: Send automated reminders, schedule updates, and payment alerts to parents, coaches, and players.
  Administrative Support: Coordinate with facility managers and league directors to align team counts with game and practice schedules.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in sports management, recreation, or a related field preferred.
  Technical Skills: Proficiency in online registration platforms, databases, and general office software.
  Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to support families and technical staff.
  Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across seasonal transitions.
