Student Positions:
Level II – Intermediate Support
• Registration & Records Assistant $12.50 Currently Hiring
Gain hands-on experience in data processing, registration support, and records maintenance.
Level III – Advanced Office Support
• Advanced Registration & Records Assistant $13.50 Not Currently Hiring
Take on more responsibility in confidential data handling, peer training, and reporting.
Level III – Peer Leadership Role
• Lead Registration & Records Assistant $13.50 Not Currently Hiring
Serve in a lead role supporting scheduling, training, and reporting across the student team.
Location: On-campus (Registrar’s Office)
About the Registrar’s Office:
The Registrar’s Office maintains academic records, supports registration, and ensures policy compliance. Student employees are trusted contributors who build real-world administrative and leadership skills while playing a vital role in campus operations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow FERPA guidelines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfort using databases, spreadsheets, and student systems (preferred)
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Job Details:
• Hours: 10–20 per week, flexible around class schedule
• Compensation:
• Level II – Registration & Records Assistant | $12.50/hour
• Level III – Advanced Registration & Records Assistant | $13.50/hour
• Level III – Lead Registration & Records Assistant | $13.50/hour
• Eligibility: Open to all currently enrolled students in good academic standing
• Training: Full training provided—no prior experience required for Level II
