A Day in the Life of a Registered Nursing Assistant-Hospital (NAR/CNA)

As a Registered Nursing Assistant, you will collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to deliver critical direct care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your role involves tasks such as assisting with patient meals, providing personal care, and helping patients in their recovery from various health conditions. Challenges include managing a variety of patient needs and adapting to changing priorities swiftly. You will also handle operational tasks like stocking supplies and operating healthcare equipment, demonstrating precision and care. This position demands a high level of alertness and responsiveness, especially when dealing with emergency situations.

QualificationsEducation and ExperienceRequiredAmerican Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire (on-site training provided)Active registration with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry within 1 year of hire (on-site preparation provided if needed) OR enrolled in a nursing program Compensation and BenefitsThe pay range is listed above.
