Registered Nurses (RN)

Adelphi is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to provide professional nursing services in a facility in Lenoir County, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will care for adolescents in a structured environment and must be comfortable working independently with direct care staff during part of the shift.

Requirements:
• Active North Carolina RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional-juvenile, and/or emergency nursing
• Ability to work independently as the only nurse on-site during part of the shift
• Competence with EHR systems and telehealth equipment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must attend orientation Oct. 7–8 (9am–5pm) & the remainder of that week (7am–3:30pm), either in person or online with      camera on.

Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care within the full scope of RN practice for adolescents
• Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with regulations
• Monitor and document patient health status
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
• Collaborate with direct care staff to ensure continuity of care
• Utilize telehealth equipment and participate in virtual consultations
• Support health, safety, and wellness in a secure environment
• Complete facility orientation and ongoing required training
