Job Details: Job Location: Raymond Clinic - Boise, ID, Education Level: RN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Shift: Daytime, Job Category: Nurse, We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to support our Raymond clinic.
Purpose
The Registered Nurse/LPN shall be accountable for 1) providing outstanding care for all Full Circle Health patients, 2) supporting their colleagues and other licensed medical staff in the provision of care and 3) ensuring accurate and complete documentation with the patient’s medical record.
Schedule
Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

Qualifications: Education
LPN, A.D.N. or B.S.N. from accredited College of Nursing.
Experience
Previous outpatient clinical nursing experience preferred, other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.
Licensure / Certification
Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Idaho, current BLS certification, and current ACLS certification.
Credentialing
Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for LPN or RN scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.
