Job Details: Job Location: FL, Lake City - Columbia Correctional Institution - Lake City, FL, Position Type: Full-Time, Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Nursing Professional & Support, The Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Available Shift: Monday-Friday 12-8pm
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
