Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Tier 2 | $57/hour | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Rate: $57/hour PRN Tier 2 rate

Shift Diffs: $5.50 night & $3 weekend 

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 NO COMMITMENT

Schedule: PRN Tier 2 - Day or Night 6:45-7:15

PRN Tier 2 Requirement:

• 2 shifts per week minimum
• 12 total shifts in every 6 week period
• 3 minimum weekend shifts in every 6 week period

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Instruct and counsel patients/families

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State RN license
• At least one year of RN experience
• BLS required at hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
• Clinical experience
• 10 years RN experience
