Registered Nurse (RN) - ICCU/Medical/Surgical - Day/Night

Job Details: Job Location: Lake Region Healthcare Corporation - FERGUS FALLS, MN, Position Type: 60 Hours Biweekly, Salary Range: $38.81 - $59.18Hourly, Job Category: Nursing - Hospital, $15,000 sign-on bonus with two-year work commitment! This enhanced and limited hiring incentive is available to qualified RN candidates hired to a full time FTE between July 23-September 30, 2026. New, higher RN wages to go into effect October 1, 2026!

The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. The framework for practice will be the nursing process in order to prescribe, delegate and coordinate nursing care. The RN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, LRH employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. The RN must be able to supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve, and exercise initiative and judgement.

Shifts
60 hours biweekly, Day/Night, 12-hour shifts and every third weekend.

Compensation
Hourly Wage Range: $38.81-$59.18 with a $1.75 shift differential when rotating to the night shift. BSN hires are eligible for an additional $1.00/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Education/Special Skills: To perform in this position requires the incumbent to be a graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months. TNCC Certification preferred or in-patient nursing trauma education course to be completed within 6 months from end of orientation.
Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
Must be able to attend the work site per schedule.
