Work location: Texas Health Plano, 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093

Work hours: Part Time/Nights; (6:45P-7:15A); weekend and holiday requirements

Float Pool Department Highlights:

Here’s What You Need:

·       Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or

·       Associate’s degree in nursing required or

·       Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

·       1 year of experience a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required

·       2 years of Progressive Stepdown, Progressive Care or Intermediate (Tele) Care experience as a Clinical Nurse highly preferred

·       RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required

·       BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required and

·       ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire required and

·       CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days required

·       A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
