Nurses play a vital role in the care of our residents. Some responsibilities include:
- Resident Assessment and Care Planning
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members
- Medication administration
- Monitoring activities
- Providing emotional support for our Residents well being
- Maintaining confidentially and HIPAA
- Oversee our CNAs and TMAs
- Assist with Direct Care/ Stand-By when necessary
- Accurate and thorough documentation
- Insure the safety and wellness of our Residents and Staff
Helpful Skills include:
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- The ability to make sound judgments in emergency situations
- Knowledge of various non-invasive medical treatments

Farmington Health Services (FHS) is a 90-bed community consisting of;
Trinity Care Center: LTC and TCU,
Trinity Terrace: Assisted and Independent Living
Trinity Suites: Memory Care.
We enjoy the charm of a historic MN city along with vibrant, new development. At Farmington Health Services, we know that our team is the most important piece to providing exceptional care to the residents of our community. 64 scheduled hours per two-week pay period - $37.50 - $49.27/hr
