Our Baylor Program is designed for nurses who want to concentrate their hours into a weekend-focused schedule.

Baylor schedules can allow qualified employees to work fewer days while still receiving full-time hours or benefits. 

• For example, a common Baylor schedule might be:
• Work: Saturday and Sunday
• Hours: Two 12-hour shifts = 24 hour but paid for 32 hour
  • Two 16-hour shifts=32 hours but paid for 40 hours

Responsibilities:

• Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in nursing (ASN)
• RN licensure in the state of practice (or NLC) required.
• CPR Certification Required
