Registered Nurses (RN) assess and monitor patients, administer treatments and medications, and educate individuals and their caretakers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' conditions.
- Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
- Observe patients and record the observations.
- Administer patients' medicines and treatments.
- Set up plans for patients' care or contribute information to existing plans.
Requirements
- NYS RN License and Registration
- BLS Certification by American Heart Association
- High School Diploma or GED
- RN Diploma or Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Government Photo ID
- 2 Professional Reference Letters
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate by American Heart Association
- Proof of updated Titers for: ○ Measles ○ Mumps and Rubella ○ HepB ○ Varicella ○ Flu Vaccination
Pay Range
