What You’ll Do

Lead and support CNAs
Collaborate with the care team on individualized plans
Provide hands-on nursing care and administer medications
Monitor for changes and communicate with providers
Help coordinate smooth, effective physician rounds

QualificationsWhat You Need

Active RN license (NYS)
CPR certification
Long-term care experience preferred—but not required
