Role Overview

As an RN- Occ Health Cont, you will maintain an autonomous nursing practice focused on occupational health within a safe and healthy work environment. You will support employees by addressing their health needs, ensuring compliance with state nursing standards, and contributing to a culture of wellness. Your role is critical in safeguarding the health and productivity of our workforce.

• Provide nursing care within the context of a safe and healthy manufacturing and non-manufacturing environment.
• Adhere to the nursing practice standards of the State of Michigan.
• Utilize sound independent nursing judgment to address complex health issues.
• Collaborate effectively with others to ensure high-quality occupational healthcare services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication of employee health status and interventions.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• RN diploma/degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the State of Michigan.
• Current BCLS certification.
• 12 months of accumulated nursing experience within the last 5 years, or completion of 1200 verified hours of employment within the last 12 months as a new graduate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Experience in occupational healthcare.
