• Primary Location: 123 Summer St, Worcester MA

• Department: Neurology
• Schedule: Part time, 24 hours/weekly, Monday through Friday, scheduling between 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone triage for patients with neurological conditions including migraines, seizures, multiple sclerosis (MS), and Alzheimer’s disease
• Coordinate appointments and frequent MRIs in alignment with treatment plans, especially for patients on new Alzheimer’s medications
• Administer nurse visits including injections and preparation of Botox treatments
• Open the department daily and perform medication inventory checks, ensuring stock is current and not expired
• Deliver test results and communicate effectively with providers 
• Manage protocols for vitamin D and B12 deficiencies, including follow-up on low results
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC 
• Collaborate closely with a small team

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR Certification
• 1+ years of hands-on nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical experience in Neurology
• EPIC experience
• Experience in an ambulatory care setting with telephone triage

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
