Job Title: Registered Nurse
- 5% Market Premium
- $2 Weekend Premium
- 10% Night Shift Premium
- Schedule: Part-Time - Day Shift, Monday thru Friday & every 3rd weekend; 48-60 hours per pay
- Sign On Bonus Eligible
- Department: Medical Surgical, Ortho, Stroke and Pulmonary. This is a 45 bed unit.

What You Will Do:
- Coordinate a multi-disciplinary plan of care to ensure appropriate length of stay, resource use, and quality outcomes.
- Provide patient care that respects individual rights, dignity, values, and cultural preferences.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety measures, and self-care.
- Administer medications, IVs, and blood products according to established policies.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with case managers to ensure appropriate referrals and discharge plans.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained within 2 months of hire date.
- Certified BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 months of hire date.
- Graduate of an approved professional (RN) nursing program.
