SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE- With the support of our established Urogyn Team

Work in close partnership with clinicians as an integral and valued member of the care team.
Manage referral processes, including scrubbing and teeing up referrals for review.
Ensure charts are complete and ready for patient visits.
Set up telehealth visits and ensure all necessary patient information is available.
Complete prior authorizations for office-based procedures such as UDS, medications, and Botox.
Field patient calls and manage patient needs, escalating next steps as needed.
Potentially schedule post-op and follow-up appointments.
Support administrative work related to UroGyn and advanced GYN services, including maintaining referral lists and assisting patients calling in for advice.
Ensure patients are roomed and that all necessary medical records are available prior to visits.

QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Current Oregon RN license and CPR certification required.
Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
Ability to anticipate and prioritize the patient's needs.
Knowledge of contraceptives, hormones and medications compatible with pregnancy.
Knowledge of examination, diagnostic and treatment modalities required.
Prior experience in OB/GYN, UroGyn or family practice strongly preferred
Knowledge of medical charting processes and procedures required. Prior experience with or the ability to learn electronic medical records software required
Prior experience using Epic or similar EMR system strongly preferred
