🛠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS
- ICU Experience: 2+ years of recent Intensive Care experience.
- Versatility: Proven experience in both Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) departments.
- Floating: Flexibility to float between ICU, ER, and Med Surg units as facility census requires.
- Certifications: Current BLS & ACLS.
