Location: Grand Island, NE

Status: PRN No Weekends, No Oncall - minimum 24 hours a quarter and maximum 24 hours a week

As an RN Float Pool member, no two days are the same. You’ll be the "health hero" across multiple locations, helping the people we support stay healthy, happy, and heard.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be a Partner in Health: You’ll assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys.
• Be an Advocate: You’ll work closely with doctors and support teams to ensure everyone gets the preventative care they deserve.
• Be a Teacher: You’ll share your knowledge by training and supporting our amazing direct care staff.
• Be a Clinical Pro: From administering medications to monitoring vital signs, you’ll use your full range of nursing skills.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We believe in a culture of belonging, connection, and faithfulness. To join our team, you’ll need:

• The Right Credentials: An active RN or LPN license in Nebraska 
• Experience: At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.
• Safety First: A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification (can obtain after hire at the agency).
• A Can-Do Attitude: The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
• Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable being on the move—walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
