Days: Thursday - Saturday
Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour (DOE)

Your Impact & Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight
- Provide and oversee nursing care for a designated group of residents.
- Ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately and safely.
Acute Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate findings promptly to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Care Coordination
- Participate in admissions, discharges, and care planning activities.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Team Support
- Provide guidance and support to LVNs and CNAs.
- Promote compliance with facility policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or sub-acute setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
