🩺 What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care by:

• Performing comprehensive nursing assessments
• Developing and updating individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Supervising and supporting CNAs and other nursing staff
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and HIPAA regulations

✅ Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
