Summary
The Registered Nurse will perform comprehensive non-medical assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients. They are also responsible for overseeing, training, and supervising the staff of Certified Home Health Aides.

- Experience with seniors a plus but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform non-medical comprehensive assessments
- Develop an individualized plan of care for each client with client input
- Oversee of non-medical client care
- Conduct client reassessments and follow up visits
- Provide training, delegation, supervision, performance oversight and support to our staff of CHHAs
