Registered Nurse

PT Day Shift

The
Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents within
their scope of practice and to supervise the day to day nursing activities
performed by Nursing Assistants. Such
supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local
standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be
required by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree
of quality care is maintained at all times. As a representative of the Nursing Department, and
of the organization, it is required that the RN perform the essential functions of the job in a
professional manner, with a positive attitude and is aware and supportive of
the mission, vision, resident Bill of Rights, policies and procedures of the
organization.

Must have current NYS RN License

Prior experience in skilled nursing preferred

Working knowledge of PCC (Point Click Care) Preferred
