Position: Registered Nurse | Oklahoma Recovery Center | Oklahoma City, OK

Overnight 6pm-6:30am

Wednesday, Friday, Saturday schedule

$38 per hour plus differentials

Compensation based upon experience

Responsibilities

Conduct physical examinations and assess patient health status.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Perform IV insertion and catheterization procedures when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures.
Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
Manage accurate medication stock and MAR’s.
Implement appropriate nursing interventions.

Skills

Strong patient assessment skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with health coaching techniques to promote patient wellness.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
RN license
