Our Franklin location brings together fitness, recovery, diagnostics, nutrition, aesthetics, and clinically guided wellness services to help individuals better understand their health and make meaningful, sustainable improvements. 

As Level continues to grow, we are expanding our nutrition services and looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our collaborative wellness team.

Position Summary

The Registered Dietitian will provide individualized, evidence-based nutrition guidance to help clients achieve their health, wellness, performance, and body-composition goals. This role will work collaboratively with Level’s multidisciplinary team to ensure nutrition is thoughtfully integrated into each client’s broader wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized nutrition assessments and consultations. 
• Develop personalized, evidence-based nutrition recommendations based on each client’s needs, goals, lifestyle, and health history. 
• Provide ongoing nutrition education, coaching, and follow-up to support sustainable behavior change. 
• Support clients working toward goals related to overall wellness, body composition, metabolic health, fitness, and performance. 
• Review relevant health information and objective data as appropriate to guide nutrition recommendations. 
• Track client progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation. 
• Collaborate with Level’s clinical, fitness, and wellness professionals to provide a coordinated client experience. 
• Participate in nutrition-focused programming, educational opportunities, or wellness initiatives as the program continues to grow.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required. 
• Current Tennessee licensure or eligibility to practice as a dietitian in Tennessee. 
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field meeting applicable credentialing requirements. 
• Experience providing individualized nutrition counseling preferred. 
• Strong understanding of evidence-based nutrition, behavior change, and sustainable lifestyle modification. 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness environment. 
• Passion for providing personalized, client-centered care.
