Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services is actively hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians for our high-demand afternoon and early-evening schedules.

We are specifically seeking dependable, energetic, and compassionate technicians who can consistently work between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on weekdays.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RBTs, individuals pursuing careers in ABA, psychology or education, and college or graduate students seeking a consistent afternoon schedule with opportunities for professional growth.

We currently have an immediate need for technicians during our 2:00–7:00 PM service window. Candidates with strong and consistent weekday afternoon availability will receive priority consideration.

Multidisciplinary Environment
CABATS provides ABA, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy, giving technicians exposure to collaborative care and opportunities to learn from multiple clinical disciplines.

What You'll Do

As a BT/RBT, you will provide individualized ABA services under BCBA/BCaBA supervision. Responsibilities include implementing skill-acquisition and behavior-support programs; teaching communication, social, play, adaptive and independence skills; collecting objective data; supporting clients through transitions and daily routines; implementing approved behavior and safety procedures; completing timely session documentation; participating in supervision and training; and maintaining professional communication with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

RBT Applicants

• Active Registered Behavior Technician credential preferred
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

BT Applicants

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• ABA experience is not required for strong candidates willing to learn
• Psychology, education, special education, behavior analysis, human services or related coursework is preferred
• Willingness to complete required training and work toward RBT certification

All candidates must successfully complete applicable background and compliance requirements, have reliable transportation, meet the physical requirements of providing direct ABA services, and maintain consistent availability for assigned clients.

Schedule

Priority Hiring Hours: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday

We are particularly interested in candidates who can work multiple consistent afternoons each week. Exact schedules are developed based on client needs, location and employee availability.

Opportunities are available at our Manassas and Springfield clinics, with clinic-based and in-home assignments depending on current needs.
