Pay: $25.00-$28.00 Hourly | Part-Time | 10–20 Hours/Week |

At Great Strides, we’re dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental needs build meaningful skills and thrive. We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking RBT who is reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink)
- Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Communicate progress with your BCBA and team
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification required
- Highschool diploma is a must
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with data collection and documentation
- Strong Data entry skills
