Regional Sales Manager Florida (f/m/d)

What you'll be working on

You drive AVILOO’s sales in the Florida territory, working remotely from within the state, full-time.

• Direct sales across key segments: You sell the AVILOO FLASH Test solution to independent and franchised dealers, leasing and fleet companies, auction houses and remarketing platforms, large dealer groups, vehicle inspection companies, and OEMs.
• Full sales cycle ownership: You own the deal end to end, e.g. prospecting, pitching, quoting, pricing, proposals, contract negotiation, and order execution.
• On the ground with customers: You represent AVILOO at industry events and trade shows, and you call on dealers, general managers, owners, OEMs, dealer groups, and 20 Groups in person.
• Long-term relationships: You stay close to customers and partners after the sale, supporting adoption and keeping the relationship strong.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with the US sales team and Marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and positioning, and you join customer projects to help drive adoption.

What you bring

• Ideally 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in automotive, EV, fleet, logistics, or SaaS.
• A strong existing network within the U.S. automotive ecosystem: dealers, fleets, auctions, and OEMs.
• Daily, hands-on use of Salesforce CRM to run and forecast your pipeline.
• Willing to travel locally and to industry conferences 50-75% of your time.
• A hunter by nature with a consistent record of new business acquisition. You are comfortable building a pipeline from scratch in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• High ownership and accountability, working independently while you help scale a brand new market.
• Strong communication and presence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Independent, precise, and pragmatic work style.
• A team player who rolls up their sleeves when the situation calls for it.
• A general affinity for technical or data-driven products is a plus, EV or battery knowledge especially so.
