Regional Sales Director - LATAM

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Regional Sales Director – LATAM to lead our growth strategy across South America. The ideal candidate is a senior sales leader with a strong track record selling SaaS and cybersecurity solutions to Government and Public Sector organizations, combined with an established network of relationships across the region and proven experience developing and managing channel ecosystems. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding our footprint across LATAM, building executive-level relationships with key government stakeholders, and driving a high-performing partner and channel strategy.

The successful candidate will be based in Colombia or Argentina and will have a strong understanding of the Latin American cybersecurity and government technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for South America, aligned with company growth objectives.

• Drive new business development and revenue growth across Government and Public Sector accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government executives, decision-makers, technology leaders, and key stakeholders.

• Leverage an established network within Government, Defense, Public Safety, and other relevant public-sector organizations.

• Develop and execute a scalable channel and partner strategy, including distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic technology partners.

• Recruit, enable, manage, and motivate channel partners to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from pipeline development and qualification through negotiation, closing, and expansion.

• Develop strategic account plans for key government customers and target accounts.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and executive leadership to drive regional growth.

• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.

• Represent the company at strategic industry events, government forums, cybersecurity conferences, and executive meetings across LATAM.

• Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the Latin American cybersecurity and government sectors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with significant experience in SaaS and/or cybersecurity.

• Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions to Government/Public Sector organizations.

• Experience selling cybersecurity platforms, cloud security, identity, threat intelligence, or related security solutions.

• Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding regional sales targets.

• Strong existing network of relationships with government entities and senior decision-makers across LATAM.

• Proven experience managing channel partners, distributors, resellers, and/or system integrators.

• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and enterprise technology sales cycles in South America.

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities with long sales cycles.

• Strong executive presence and excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in key opportunities.

• Existing relationships with Ministries, Government Agencies, Defense, Public Safety, Law Enforcement, and other public-sector organizations.

• Experience working with large regional or global cybersecurity/SaaS vendors.

• Established relationships with leading LATAM system integrators, distributors, and technology partners.

• Experience building a regional go-to-market strategy from an early-stage or high-growth environment.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Latin America.
