✅ What You’ll Need:
Valid driver’s license and clean background
High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
Must own or obtain a toolbox with standard & specialty tools (gauges, meters, leak detectors, etc.)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willing to work overtime as needed
Ability to complete:
Thermo King Certi-Tech Certification (within 1 year)
EPA 608 & 609 Certifications (within 1 year)
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units, APUs, cab A/Cs, and heaters
Perform road service and join our on-call rotation (after training)
Meet standard repair times and keep work organized
Operate tools, hoists, and shop equipment safely
Keep the shop clean, efficient, and professional
