Your Role as a Recruiter and Admin Coordinator
We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented Recruiter & Administrative Coordinator to support recruiting and administrative functions. This position requires someone who is dependable, proactive, technologically proficient, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
What You'll Do as a Recruiter and Admin Coordinator
- Recruit and interview candidates for both hourly and salaried positions.
- Source qualified candidates, including for hard-to-fill positions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, job postings, and candidate documentation.
- Provide administrative and scheduling support as needed.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Adobe on an advanced level.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Follow through on assignments and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
What You Bring as a Recruiter and Admin Coordinator
- Previous recruiting and administrative experience.
- Experience interviewing both hourly and salaried candidates.
- Proven ability to source candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Highly professional, reliable, and accountable.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to work independently.
