About the Role LiaHia is a reverse‑recruiting agency that runs the job search for clients. As a Recruiter / Job Search Specialist, you will manage the end‑to‑end job search process for assigned clients — sourcing roles, tailoring resumes, submitting applications, and coordinating outreach. This is a remote, flexible, freelance role ideal for recruiters or sourcers who want consistent work with doing sales and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Job Sourcing — Identify 30–50 relevant job opportunities per client each week across job boards and niche platforms.

• Resume Tailoring — Customize resumes for each application to maximize ATS compatibility.

• Application Submission — Apply to roles on behalf of clients with accuracy and speed.

• Recruiter Outreach — Send LinkedIn and email outreach to hiring managers and recruiters.

• Pipeline Management — Track all applications, responses, and follow‑ups in the CRM.

• Client Collaboration — Coordinate with the Career Coach and Client Success Manager to ensure alignment.

• Requirements

• 3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, HR, staffing, or job search execution

• Strong research and sourcing skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

• Experience with ATS systems, job boards, and LinkedIn

• Excellent written communication

• Must be authorized to work in the colombia

Compensation & Hours
