Recreation - Recreation Aide

It’s all fun and games here! Brompton Heights Senior Living is looking to hire a FULL time and PART time Recreation Aide with flexible hours and weekend availability!. We are an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility looking for an outgoing, responsible and creative individual to provide outstanding support to our Recreation services.  

In this role you will be expected to… 

• Create and implement exciting and enticing new activities fit for all our residents to participate in  

• Lead and follow out the setup, instruction and take down of planned recreation activities prioritizing a clean and organized workspace  

• Prioritize the safety and overall well-being of residents during activities ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment  

• Communicate effectively with residents and staff, providing clear instructions and updates as needed  

Job requirements…. 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• Must be able to lift over 25 pounds 

• Event planning experience/Musical abilities are a plus!
