Recreation Desk Attendant

Country Club of Colorado, located in Colorado Springs, CO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Recreation Desk Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation:
$15.16 - $16.00 per hour
 
Summary:
As a Recreational Desk Attendant at the Country Club of Colorado, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of our members and guests. You will be responsible for overseeing activities and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment across the fitness area and the pool area. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about customer service, adept at multitasking and enjoys working in a leisure-oriented environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Duties
  • Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries related to recreational facilities and activities.
  • Provide accurate information about club services, events, and amenities.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain records of sales.
• Pool Area Management 
  • Monitor pool area to ensure safety regulations are observed.
  • Enforce pool rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
  • Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, administering first aid as needed. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including arranging chairs and umbrellas. 

Customer Service Excellence:

• Anticipate and address member and guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Proactively resolves issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all patrons.  

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
• Assist in training new employees and providing support as needed.
