About Alivia
Alivia Analytics helps healthcare payers find and recover improper payments. Our payment integrity platform pairs analytics with expert review to surface fraud, waste, and abuse across Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and FEP lines of business, returning significant value to the clients we serve. We are scaling our service organization to keep pace with new client demand, and this role is part of that build-out.
The Role

It is a customer-facing, high-accuracy, high-responsiveness role. You will not manage anyone; you will manage process, deadlines, and relationships. The best people in this seat are unusually organized, calm under competing deadlines, and genuinely good with people.
What You Will Do

-
Create and reconcile monthly (or prepay-cadence) invoices to the client invoice at 100% accuracy, tracking every adjustment with zero unexplained variances (tick-and-tie to inventory).
-
Acknowledge 100% of provider inquiries (audits, records, discrepancies) within 24 hours, working to minimize provider abrasion.
-
Coordinate appeals: acknowledge to the provider within 24 hours, route to the correct audit team with zero misroutes, keep payer and provider informed, and meet 100% of fair-hearing deadlines.
-
Maintain 99% accuracy on all client-related work (client SLA standard is 98%).
What You Bring
-
2+ years of healthcare claims experience.
