We’re searching for a high energy individual with a real passion for outstanding customer service and excellent communicative skills to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an entry level, part-time desk-based position and encourages a team first attitude by taking responsibility of additional work as necessary.   

RESPONSIBILITIES
   

Greet customers in a professional manner on the phone  
Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries  
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise   
Handle the scheduling of service appointments  
Provide assistance with other departments as needed  
Ability to multi-task   
QualificationsREQUIREMENTS   

Excellent communication and organizational skills  
Comfortable in answering and making phone calls  
Experience using Microsoft Office suite  
Able to work evenings and weekends  
Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
