At the Coves at River Garden, we are dedicated to providing a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment for our senior residents. Our team members play a vital role in creating a positive daily experience, and we’re currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our front desk team. 

As the part-time "Director of First Impressions" the ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our members, visitors and callers. Key responsibilities include the following:

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and accurately

• Provide general information about the community and services

• Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting, data entry, and appointment scheduling

• Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with community protocols

• Communicate effectively with staff across all departments

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

What you need:

• Two to three years customer service experience preferred; Minimum of two years experience as a receptionist required.
