Part-Time Automotive Receptionist
Job Description
Walker Automotive has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Automotive Receptionist with excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.
This individual will serve as a first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting customers and visitors, and providing administrative support to the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming dealership phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Notify the appropriate team member when a customer is waiting
- Work cooperatively with the sales team and other dealership departments
- Update customer records as needed
- Assist with scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with the dealer exchange vehicle process
- Participate in customer satisfaction and retention efforts
- Provide general administrative and receptionist support as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing, positive, and professional demeanor
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM–7:00 PM
Friday: 3:30 PM–6:00 PM
