Your Purpose as a Receptionist:
- Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed.
- Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
- Communicates with guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
- Scheduling appointments for the Service Department, ensuring the most personalized guest experience possible.
- Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service.
- Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls.
- Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing customer retention by using multiple forms of communication.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
